Last year I stoped drinking alcohol and I am really really proud of this decission 💪 After several bad experiences as a traveling musician (mine included) and seeing the uncle of my girlfriend losing his brain as an alcoholic, I just had enough.

In Germany, where I lived before it's just a very common drug and a lot of people underrate the power and addiction of alcohol. Also I think it's not really a good consciousness expansion drug. And finally it also felt good after becoming a vegan to abstain on alcohol too.

On my trip I have talked to a few people about this, which where also telling me that they or their friends stoped drinking alcohol. In Poland I've seen a lot commercials for alcohol free beer now on television.

Which leads me to the last point: I really like beer and didn't like the taste of most alcohol free beers. Finally here in Spain I found one which works for me (and no ... this is not a sponsored post 😄 ... but hey, if you want ... I am here and my bank account could use some money 🙂 !!!!). Just wanted to share this, because a lot of people talk about how good sport is and all this but I wanna talk one time about how good it is to abstain from alcohol for a while and recap the use of it.
